• Degree Validity: The degree awarded will be treated equivalent to the degree awarded in their home campus.
• Faculty: They can hire faculty from India or abroad.

As of 2026, a few universities from Australia (Deakin University) have already started their campuses in GIFT City, Gujarat. More are expected to follow.
